Richie Vaughan started in the Sonic business 1993 in Eldon, MO.  Since that time he has continued developing multi-unit leadership skills including: collaboration, finding and building leaders within the units and ensuring that success is celebrated with every win.

Rich Eckman started working at a Sonic in 1992 with his Dad in the business.  He quickly found a way to provide the analytical perspective in every thing he looked at including P&L oversight and profitability opportunities. 

Brad Hall started in the full-service restaurant business in early 1990 in Bolivar, MO and entered working in the Sonic business in 2000.  Brad is a no-nonsense leader that has relentless hard-working skills that puts himself in the trenches with the teams and earns the respect of all those around him.
